• Coordinate short- and long-term financial planning processes (Forecast & Planning Round).
• Review and evaluate financial projections, ensuring accuracy and reliability in results.
• Monitor monthly closings, analyzing variances between planned and actual outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver strategic financial reports for management and international stakeholders.
• Drive automation and optimization of controlling processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Manage budgets for overheads, variable expenses, and investments, supporting decisions with precise financial insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial planning specialists, fostering growth and collaboration.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s in Finance desirable).
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in leadership or coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, IFRS, and controlling processes.
• Advanced financial mathematics and Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, scenarios).
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strategic mindset with innovation and process optimization skills.
• Languages: Spanish (required), English (C1 level desirable).
